Hey there! Thanks for stopping by.
My name is Tiffany. I'm goofy and opinionated. I’m also a tech optimist. I believe in its power to break down barriers and create equity. I also believe that behind every piece of technology is a human who can make a right or wrong decision about how the design can benefit others.
I have a long career working with customers, understanding their goals, workflows, and pain-points with products, which makes me deeply empathetic and uniquely able to connect with users to solve their problems. I abstract the insights I gain and work with product managers and engineers to solve. There is nothing more important to building a product than actually getting in front of your users and hearing their feedback directly.
After 6 years working in client-facing positions, I wanted to build 1:many solutions focused on social justice impact. So I joined Carnegie Mellon University as a Master’s Candidate of Human Computer Interaction, to shore up my design skills and am now a Sr. Product Designer at the ACLU in NYC.
